Hough-Jernigan Enterprises, Incorporated is owned by James N. Hough & Theron A. Jernigan, Jr. and is located in Lakeland, Florida. We sell Houghú Hand Tables directly, as well as through distributors. The multi-purpose pegboard exercise system was designed by Paul J. Loar, a therapist in Winter Haven, Florida. James N. Hough, a hand therapist from Lakeland, Florida developed the Houghú Hand Tables by incorporating the pegboard system into the overall concept of the tables. Theron A. Jernigan, Jr., a hand therapist in St. Petersburg made modifications to the system and launched the business.
